The apartments have been designed to minimise the need for air-conditioning, the angle at which the development will be situated means the natural “Meltemi” breeze can flow through and so naturally cool the apartments.

The Flipflops Meltemi Residences will consist of 108 apartments all benefiting from the excellent range of facilities. All the Flipflops Meltemi apartments come fully furnished in a contemporary European style using cool, neutral colours and light wood veneers. All kitchens feature fully fitted birch or white units with a breakfast bar. Also included is an integrated electric oven, hob and extractor fan. Stainless steel sinks and chrome taps, fridge freezer and electric water heater. (All furniture will be sourced from local craftsmen in Izmir.)

There are four different sizes of our award-winning apartments:

size one

One bedroom apartments, made for relaxing in the sun, complete with large master bedroom, plenty of storage, contemporary fittings and a light spacious open-plan living area.

size two

There are two bedroom apartments with sea views from the large master bedroom, an open-plan living area and a second double bedroom, plus a sizeable terrace.

size two +

There are also two bedroom apartments in a plus size, like the two bedroom apartments that have two double bedrooms, but they have a larger master bedroom and an extended living area.

size three

Finally there are three bedroom units – each designed to the finest detail for perfect laid-back living. The master bedroom enjoys sea views and an en-suite shower room, two more spacious double bedrooms, a large living area and a large sun terrace.

All apartments have a family bathroom, some of which also have en-suite bathrooms; they include contemporary bathroom suites, walk-in shower units and floor to ceiling ceramic tiling.

The interiors are designed to the highest standard, and come complete with furniture and fittings, sourced locally in Turkey.
