The development in the area is restricted to low rice stucco buildings
and with the limited availability of land, Gulluk is unlikely to be over
developed, keeping property prices at a premium in the future. This also
means that once the properties have been purchased in the area there will
be little chance of being able to invest if you don’t buy now.
The Flipflops Meltemi (phase
one) is due to complete in December 2008.
And the Flipflops Meltemi (phase two) is due to complete in December 2009.
